Jacques Cousteau and "Diving Saucer".
Mr. Jacques has created a flying saucer to look under the ocean. The saucer is much like it's ancestor, made by another professor, named Roger. However, the saucer looks more like a USO. So some submarine pilots might mistake it for a real USO!Ha ha!
